Centreparcs have used these tv's for years. A bit of a basic tv and an ok picture.

    Cheap & cheerful.

Why not book a holiday at Centreparcs and find out first hand??

    Is that correct ?
I remember Finlux in the old days, quite good sets, they are re-introducing them to U.K. now. I wasn't aware of any connection to Nokia.

Finlux were a brand of Nokia.

Nokia pulled out of TV manufacturing several years ago, something about mobile phones being more profitable :)

They sold the brands, tech and factories to a Canadian company that owns AKAI.

I had an early Nokia Widescreen TV around 1996 it lasted 1 week before it kept turning it's self off or not responding to the remote.... also all NTSC discs were displayed in 16:9 anamorphic.

I took it back and got a 4:3 Sony instead.

Ah the good old days
