I have just bought a laptop that has its own XP license but the previous owner has not got the CD key anywhere and there is no sticker with it on underneath the laptop.

I have a genuine CD with it and want to find out the cd key used for this installation as i will probably reformat it soon.

Is there an option in windows to find this key out?

    Cheers
