Finding out who owns a property in Belgium?

Our company's owed money by someone in Belgium and I wondered if there was an easy and cheap way to find out if they own a property in Belgium.

Bit of a long shot, but you never know!

Phone up the Belgian Embassy and threaten to declare war on them unless they hand over the culpret.
