    Newbie Alert!

Finally took the plunge and bought a sony KP44PX2 rear projection TV. Now all I need is a decent DVD Player, Amp and Speakers.

So my first question is...should I stick with Sony for my DVD player and Amp?

The man in the Sony shop obviously said I should but does it make any difference?
