    Hi,

Firstly, how do I get my 2nd wireless controller recognised? It just sits there with the lights flashing (yes, batts are good)

Next, if it has a 20GB hard disk, how come even after deleting a lot of rubbish vids etc, it still only has 14GB free?

Finally, do I need a cooler and if so, which one is the one to get?

    ta muchly :)

The 6-7 gb are reserved for xbox updates and the coolers are a waste of time and some can even damage the xbox

What you need to do is press the scan button on the top of the pad (in between the LB & RB buttons)

If that doesn't work then also press the button on the front of the 360 that scans aswell.......try both at once......it will then get a port assigned.
