OK I've finally decided to get a Sanyo PLV30 or Eiki VM1 which appears to be the same thing, the question now is where to buy it.

I've seen one on the web from a place in Europe for about £1400, obviously I want the best price, but what about dead pixels?

    Can anyone here recommend anywhere?

Thanks in advance, I know it's not supposed to be about getting the cheapest, but I am on a strict budget (thanks to the wife)

£1400 is scary cheap! I got mine about 2 months ago and it cost £1950, at the time that was as cheap as it got! The dead pixels is slightly awkward, if you buy mail order it is hard to be too choosy otherwise you will losse ur price advantage in sending it back and forth, but my panel has only one dead pixel which can be easily ignored most of the time.
