Just finished putting the finishing touches to cinema room (converted 3/4 of a double garage). Moved all the kit from the living room and here are the results. Weeks of fun now calibrating all the kit to suit the new surroundings.
    Enjoy

Thay are a product called Disc Gear (http://www.romdex.co.uk/html/discgear.html), you basicly put your discs inside, compile a list of the titles using software provided, insert the list into the front of the unit, then when you want a disc you slide the selector to the disc number, lift the lid and it lifts the disc out for you. They make them to hold 20, 40, 80, 100 Disc.Movieman

Very nice, I don't know what that lexicon thing does but it looks very flash.
I'm wondering what paint you used, I've been after a paint for my bedroom cinema, other than the usual grey, might be just the ticket.
Finally where'd you get that alien thing, looks huge!

StewThanks, the Lexicon thing is an AV receiver for watching movies in Dolby Digital and other formats. The paint is called Opulence from a shop called Wilkinsons. I got the alien from The Gadget Shop and it stands about 18 inches and is made of nuts, bolts and scrap metal.

Movieman, Where did you get the wooden stand that the Lexi is in? I'm after a stand that can take 3 components wide and it look ideal.

Although the high def pack will give you component outputs, it needs to think the xbox is NTSC if you want progressive output. You'll get 480p out of most, if not all of you PAL games.
Mail me if you want more info, or have a nose at xbox-scene.com for all the info you'll ever need.

Very nice, bet that lexicon is amazing. Does the rug help alot in dampening the sound? I've got laminate flooring as well but currently no rug or much in the way of soft furnishings, just wondering how much of a difference it would make if I put one down?

Thanks CFS, the rug made a huge difference it made everything sound tighter and with a smoother bass. i also put the dark brown cloth at the front which also helped with the front sound stage.
