Has anyone used filmsfirst.net? They've got 'thirteen ghosts' on R2 for £6.95, with free P&P. Sounds pretty cheap to me.

Also, does anyone know if there's anything cut from the R2 version of the film? Apparently the R1 has a music video and the R2 has a spidey trailer instead, but its the movie I'm more interested in!!! (particularly at that price).

    :D

I've used them - ordered Randall and Hopkirk for £5.99 when they were doing it on offer - no problems to report with their service.

is it really that bad? I got the impression that it was along the lines of house on haunted hill, a good way to waste an hour and a half after the pub- nearest rental place for me isn't exactly local so £6.95 sounded a bargain!!!!!

I found it to be enteraining. Just one of those films where you switch off your brain, strap yourself in and go for the ride. If your looking for something deep, meaningful and original look elsewhere. For £6.95 i'd be inclined to buy it, but, i purchased it when it first came out and paid nearly double that- nevermind.

sounds fair enough to me - now cost me more than a fiver just for a couple of beers in my local - for the sake of the price of a third, i might just go for it then.

    thanks everyone.

anymore favourable reports on filmsfirst.net would be welcome :zonked: :zonked:

Have not used that company yet, but their prices look very reasonable, might give them a go.

    Well, it arrived very quickly.

Another nice opportunity wasted by some totally ridiculous acting and a pretty grim script.

Can't F. Murray Abraham get a decent day job anymore???

Still, cheaper than taking the kids to the cinema (just the sort of film up their street), so I'm still quids in:laugh:
