Not sure if there a quick way as you'll need to change the format of DVD videos for them to be available for playback on Galaxy Note

Make mkv will do it quickly and easily but make huge mkv files at about 5gb per film, handbrake would probably do a decent job with the right settings but the reencoding might take a while depending on your PC.

My files from make mkv definitely work on my nexus 4 and Asus transformer but I really can't squeeze many on there. You might need to download something like MX player or archos video player.

Run Rip DVD Plus and insert the DVD into your computer's DVD drive.

Start the ripping process by clicking File >> Open DVD Disc. If you have multiple drives, you will be asked to pick one.
after process, It's important to select an Output Folder. This is where the files will be saved.

Click Rip DVD to start the ripping process.
