What the hell is the BBC playing at this program use to be on early in the night and gradually it gets moved to round midnight.
What do they start putting on before it some stupid program called Public Opinion which if I did not switch of till Film 2004 came on I would be sound asleep with boredom.
Also why doe they always take it of over the summer period when all the blockbusters come out.
BBC you mace some good programs but not so great at programming.

Hehe, can you imagine the audiences it would pull in given a decent weekly slot.

But the BBC never had had it on at a really decent time.

Mind you if you do miss it the its repeated on saturday lunch times, just when everyone is out.

Voted for earlier, but it doesn't bother me too much as I record it and watch a day or so later anyway.

    Like most things.

it seems strange to me that while cinema attendance has gone up in recent years, and DVD has become the fast selling technology ever, that there aren't more programs about movies. maybe we could have a reality TV show where all people do is watch DVD's? in each others houses :D

J R really slated Resident Evil 2, and i was quite looking forward to it! And from what i saw in the clips shown it did look abit poop :zonked:

Back on topic now- Its a real shame its on so late, I never realise its on as I never read that far into the Radio Times. Its often the case i just happen to catch it just before i go to bed :thumbsdow

Is it a co-incidence that it's not on when the big budget summer blockbusters are out???

    I don't think so.

I always miss this cos of the time slot, managed to find it last night Sky+'d it and got the series link on now! 11.50!!! Thats just a stupid time!

Anyway, not surprised he slated RE2, ok havent seen it but from watching the trailer... Starts off quite good, thinking ooh this might be an improvement, seems quite tense and creepy...... then suddenly... the thrash metal kicks in, the slo-mo starts and a woman running down a wall shooting 2 guns.... and you think oh ok then, maybe it will be :censored: !!

    Cheers Rob

I remember that Barry Norman was forever arguing with the BBC execs to put the show on earlier, but they would never listen which was why he ultimately quit the BBC and went to SKY... I guess JR is having the same problem...

But then when have the BBC ever been any good at putting shows in appropriate time slots?!
