I try to move a DVD image from one drive to another but the system says that there is no room on the receiving drive, but over 16GB on the drive. Is this one of W2ks qwerks.

Running Norton or some other disc utility?

Norton (can) "protect" previously deleted files - eg. not totally deleted.

    A possibility anyway.........

Are both discs NTFS formatted? The file is probably too large if the target drive is Fat32 or lower.

By jingo I thinks hes got it what....what....

SeanyC the image is held on a NTFS drive and its going to a FAT32 drive so thats probably the reason. FAT has a 4GB file size and NTFS doesn't. :lesson: :smashin:
