It’s a bit like the Charity Shield this isn’t it

If we don't walk that it's ridiculous. Should be cricket scores for us every game.

Even the final v Flamengo?

Like all 3rd/4th tournament games, yay you get to be third best.
To be fair, in the Olympics, you get a bronze medal as opposed to nothing

So it's Monterrey then probably Flamengo.

Bring that £4m back lads :)

I'm pleased we're taking this seriously and I don't care what anyone says....I'd like LFC to be World Champions. especially as we've never won it before. Would be nice to get one back on Flamengo, but they will take it very seriously. Apparently they still sings songs about beating Liverpool in '81 !

Just seen the line up. This could turn into a basket ball match.

Having just noticed that it's on BBC Two I shall watch it.

After all there's nothing else on apart from Christmas movies, home improvement programmes and QVC.

Liverpool
  • Alisson

Is this a game Liverpool fans want to win? Or are you happy to lose to concentrate on the league?

Asking for a friend.

Tell your friend he's a numpty  ;)

Seeing as we've ditched out of one cup for this, and we've not won this one before, I expect all concerned want us to win it.

The league doesn't even come into it, as we still have to play two games of this anyway. Unless I've got that wrong. No extra concentration to be gained really.

Hoping these tire out in the last 20 mins, they are pretty good on the counter attack.

1-1 in the 80th minute was not in the script.
