Well when you take advantage of the card, regular shipping is FREE

Having had only one DVD so far, it took about a week, which is normal from Canada (I've friends who send me things and it's normal for about 5 working days give or take the province).

    Hope this helps!

    Go for it!

You won't regret it, except for your bank balance maybe!

Just need to be mindful that dvdsoon are still putting the pre-discount price on the packaging. Anything that just sneaks below the 18 quid mark with the discount card may get collared for duty.

Just to add to Fatti's post, you can reclaim back the import duty suffered from the likes of DVD Soon if you paid under the £18 and the amount declared was over £18. Can't get back the £4 post office charge though.

If you see the Customs sticky it gives more details.

Thanks Greg, although I have read that customs have been advising people to phone the Royal Mail Customer Services Centre on Telephone No. 08457740740 about the £4 fee and Royal Mail are agreeing to pay it back...might be worth a go.
