Question Fibaro RGBW controller with 3 gang switch.

Hi

Thinking about getting into HA, and wanted to start off with purchasing RGBW LED strips for kitchen cabinets to replace the 5 20w halogens

So in my kitchen I have a 3 gang switch, where
switch#1 controls left side spot lights,
switch#2 controls the kitchen cabinet lights and
switch#3 controls right hand side spot lights.

So i want to purchase the Z-Wave Fibaro RGBW Controller, however i am not sure this will fit into the 3 gang switch, especially with the amount of wires already inside.

What options do i have to install fibaro controller? especially if i decide to add more fibaro's to the other two switches in the 3 gang.

The modules don't have to go behind the switches , in fact you don't have to any switches at all if you don't want to

If i don't want switches what are the options you recommend?

any info would be much appreciated, bit of a minefield with all the products available.

Just thought i better mention that if using the Fibaro RGBW modules you will need a Zwave controller of some sort.
