    MSI K8n Neo Plat s939
    1gb PC3200 RAM

I was getting jumpy playback (maxing of CPU) with any amount of resizing using lancsos.

So I've reverted to my trusty 20041012 (not the SSE or SSE2 version since I'm on AMD) and all is well with:
    Blur and de noise "tick"
    Denoise 3d "tick"
    Luma 4
    Chroma 3
    Time 56
    Hight Quality "tick"

    Resize "tick"
    1280 1024
    Resize always "tick"
    No aspect ratio "tick"
    Settings
    Method "lanczos"
    Parameter "2.00"
    Interlaced "unticked"

    hope this helps someone

IMHO no versions after 20041012 offer anything, from comments I've seen on AVS it appears the developers aren't working on the existing filters but are adding new decoders etc., so for DVD playback nothing is changing.

I decided to try that new FDFShow version and have to say it seems of for me with a simular spec to yours and very simular settings (EG Resize res etc)

Its amazing how each version of FDFShow differs even on simular spec PCs

I Am using Renderless mode though on TheatreTek 2.1 i guess that makes a difference to performance
