    Hi

I have just purchased a roku soundbridge and am currently using it very successfully to play the mp3s on my laptop. At the moment, all the songs are stored in the "my music" folder which the roku picks up automatically. Trouble is it is filling up fast and I need more disk space.

So, if I buy a usb2 external hard drive and try to configure the roku and windows to stream the music directly from that, will I face any problems?

I presume all will be fine as most people must use music servers this way but would like to know if there are any issues I should be aware of.

    Cheers
    Jim

PS Use the roku wirelessly from laptop running windows xp.

If the laptop is connected to the harddrive, it will appear as a drive to the roku.
