    Hi,

Finished constructing my DIY screen for my first projector tonight, and I'm well chuffed - turned out way better than I could have hoped, not a wrinkle to be seen!

However, I want to put an inch-wide mask around the edge, but I'm not sure how best to attach the felt to the screen. Staples feel as though they might reflect too much, and glue seems rather messy.

    Any tips or suggestions?

    Cheers!

    I think I'll just go with double-sided tape - cheap, simple, can't believe I didn't think of it! :)

    Cheers!

I used copydex to fix mine, you only need the smallest pot, about £4 for 125ml although there may be smaller sizes - 50ml is in a tube

You can get it from focus diy even though they didnt know they had it when I asked until a more senior assistant pointed it out, it goes off in about 10 mins but you can move the fabric for a short while after first applying so position is not critical like tape or contact adhesive

its a white pot with a red lid with brush fixed inside the lid if you are looking.
