hi all need a bit of help

just step up my system today and find that the denen 3805 works great but once the sub is connected i have a bit of feedback ( hum ) of center speaker but only when the sub is connected to the amp. the sub is connected via a vamdamm cable but i have aslo tried my a cambridge lead and still get the same problem.

    any ideas?

    cheers

Run a seperate power extension lead from another room to power the sub. This could isolate the power supply as being the culprit on a ground loop feedback. The hum will be an associated with poor earthing, but these can often be devilish to track down. Interesting that its just your centre though.

Only if it doesn't shower for a few days........ ;)

A thing a sub "expert" may be best fielding that question. I was responding based on general electrical fixes for similar issues. Sorry I can't be of more help.
