Favorites listing

I just went to re programme my favorites because in my manual and in the SKY mag it says we now have 50 favorites--I only got to 20 and it says my favorite list is full??? Has this not come into effect yet???

All sorted thanks--yes the engineer hadn't updated the software on my box when he installed it--apparently he is going to get a smack on his hands and I am going to get a goodwill gesture for my inconvenience taken from my bill
