Faulty Touch HD??

Hi,

I'm 99.9% sure that I know the answer to this question but as a last effort I'll ask it anyway.

Do you think my HTC Touch HD is faulty?

It will not connect via the supplied USB cable. I can use it to power the phone but my pc will not see it at all. I have tried:

1) Software re-install
2) New cable
3) Soft reset
4) Hard reset
5) All the above using a different pc
6) Different phone - this worked fine on both pcs.

As far as I can tell, it must be a faulty port on the phone.

Any other idea?

sorry i don't have an answer but my phone has been back to the factory now for over 2 weeks because of a sync problem, a faulty usb port may be the problem....i will soon find out (i hope)
