Can any 1 help my motherboard has died on my COMPAQ PRESARIO 6207ea

I took it to my repair shop and they told me they cant get hold of these motherboards anymore.

its a socket 478 mini atx for a pentium 4
and he said i i do manage to get 1 they will be cheap

can any 1 help me find one of these which is tested and working?

otherwise I will have to pay out over £100 to get another motherboard etc etc, which will mean its better of getting a new pc for that.

    please help

Look out for a Asrock P4Dual-915GL.

Dual = AGP (Older graphics card slot) and PCI-e (modern graphics card slot).

    They are very cheap

It could be a customised board, and other 'normal' boards won't fit. Otherwise, your repair shop would surely have just sold you a new motherboard!
