Which 32" panel is the fastest one (minimum response time) ?
I could not find any comparison for this matter.

You can't compare response times, like contrast ratios, they are all measured differently. As far as I am aware, Vesa will be announcing a measurement standard soon.

I can`t believe that no one in the whole world has not compared response time.
I assume that the fault is in google search engine.

Philips Clear LCD seems to be accelerating the LCD response times from 14 to 8 ms for their next generation LCD TVs.

Sony X-Black TFT monitors have approx 12 ms update times - so maybe their LCD TVs have something similar. I think if a set does not have a quoted response time you can assume it will be about 25ms.

As I said, you can't make sense comparing response times. Its like comparing PC speeds by comparing clock speeds. I could show you 3 displays all using the same panel all quoting different response times.

I believe that you meant for :: Sharp (the panel manufacturer), Philips, Thompson(RCA) - the manufactures claim that the difference is in the electronic circuit and the response time is shorter. The same goes for the new Philips 32PF9380 which claim for 8ms using newer ClearLCD with 8ms response time.
