Can anyone tell me how I restore factory settings on standard Panasonic Box (not Sky +)

I'm trying to get it to run Freesat in spare room after having Sky + fitted downstairs

All is going well but it won't display Channel 4 or 5, shows everything else it should.

I thought a fartory reset might help?

    Any help appreciated Thanks.

If the box has no card then certain channels (e.g. ITV, C4, Sky3) will be unavailable - for those you need either a freesat card or a sky card with a cancelled sub.

Mine is a cancelled Sky subscription card so should give me C4 & C5 but for some reason it doesn't.

Given that I'm (my wife) is still a Sky Subscriber I'm hoping that they will twaek the computer to make the old card a Freesat Card.

If not I guess I'll have to pay £20 for a new Freesat card?

    Cheers

Not all 'expired' cards will turn on freesat channels, ring Sky to see if they will activate it, though you may have to still pay `em £20!
