Not sure if this is the right Forum, can anyone tell me why I have to crank up the volume when using extras to be able to hear them, they seem to have different volume levels than the film, I seem to notice it on a lot of Disney DVDs but also on other general stuff.

Or am I doing something wrong

Sony NS300 with Coax link to
    Kenwoof KRVF 9050 to
    Mix and Match speakers

    Many Thanks

Probably because the extras have a DD 2.0 soundtrack, but the main film has DD5.1/DTS.

On your NS300, you might also get better results if you turn off the DRC option in the player's menus.
