I currently have one mini-dish and two sky+ boxes connected to it, which as I understand it take up 2 lnb's each, so all four that come with that dish are used up

I need a 3rd Sky+ box (extended family and all that) - sky will not put up a second dish but I believe independents will.

What do I need to ask them to do - just fit a new dish and a sky+ box and get an extra card from sky?

What is the best sky+ box to get? Roughly how much should this cost?

Also what is an RGB scart and how does it differ to the normal scart?

Thanks for any help you are able to give :lease:

    Hi,

You can now get a dish with an octal LNB. I cannot for the life of me remember where I saw it but I'm sure someone on these forums can.

    Thanks

an independant will be able to sort you out just tell them what you want, ask for a quote first don`t just say do this and this and then get shafted with the price. i am not sure if a octal lnb will fit on a sky dish but they should be able to tell you

You will also need planning permission from your local council if you are going to have a second dish mounted on your property.
