I haven’t seen t posted here before but ITV3 was freeview on the sat box but not ITV2. Only the other day I have found ITV2 is now unblocked to those without a subscription.

ITV3 has been FTA since launch.
ITV2's contract with SKY ended in November with no new deal in place so it changed to FTV until a new deal is done or not done as the case may be:)

Cheers for the information I didn't know that.

Is Channel 5 free to air through Sky DiGi box without a subscription?

    Nope.
Five is a FTV channel and will be for the forseeable future.
ITV2 could also go back to a PAY channel or stay FTV (even FTA) depending upon the result of the ongoing negotiations.

As a SKY subscriber I hope SKY don't pay ITV, after all ITV are not going to pull ITV2 from Dsat after all these years and I don't think the channel is a deal breaker in a persons decision to subscribe to SKY or not.
