I know, I know, it's no big deal but count the pennies etc, etc. If you have been ordering, you may have noticed the little CD-Wow credit card type voucher that comes with your delivery. This code can be used in addition to the £1.50 Trustcard AND the amex £1.00 discounts. I guess that is because the £1.50 is classed as an e-voucher and the 50p discount is entered in a different box (can't remember the exact name). Anyway, all these 'bargains' means I ultimately spend more in the long run:rolleyes:

How do you get back to the voucher screen? Do you click on "Back" or re-type the URL?

    Thanks

Oh yeah, that's a point! I guess, you go to check out, redeem one voucher, then, close the page, and erm.. maybe do the same again? Na, that won't work... Hmm.

Sorry, haven't been checking my mail lately. I've placed three orders using this method so it does work. What I did was when you get to the voucher screen (before the amex trick), you put the trustcard number in the e-voucher box and the cd-wow voucher in the box above it. Press go and both 'should' be discounted and then you go to continue shopping, amend the url to amex and get your extra pound.

Just to prove I'm not going mad, I've found another 50p voucher which I'll try and post back the results. Now where's my credit card....

Just did it and it worked, no problemo. It did work slightly differently this time in that it only showed the 50p off when I pressed enter so I cut the 50p voucher from the box just to check whether my £1.50 voucher hadn't already been used and it then showed both vouchers. Then moved onto the amex link and the rest as they say is history. Just as proof and to get extra smartass points, I bought a game with it instead.

Can't seem to get it to work - which 'go' button do you press when you've typed in both vouchers (simultaneously, I presume)?

Is it the WOW voucher or the web voucher?

    Yes, this does work.

As mentioned before the trick is to enter both codes. Click one of the go buttons then straight away before the new page opens click the other.

    I understand the following

a: How to get the £1.50 E-voucher by trustcard format ie - 9B3TY-CLJ99-B88KL-8UBHQ

b: How to get the £1.00 off via amex link afterwards

Now understand you can get a further 50p by entering another code on the checkout voucher page under Cd wow voucher. Format different ie - 9B3-CLJ-B88-BHQ

Where do you get these 50p codes in this format? I know they appear on the credit card style vouchers. But are they available elsewhere.

point is i want to order 15 cd's before xmas and 50p more on each is a saving

    thanks

Noticed the cd wow vouchers (not E vouchers/trustcard) on the checkout page go from 50p to £8.99

    As does the freeserve link

cannot get this to work though - no code delivered to various email addresses

Weird - Got 10 trustcard vouchers also yesterday and today can get none.

Removed History/ Temp Internet Files/ Cookies

    No joy

    Please pm

God know's how i've done it, but whilst on CDWow and ordering a certain title (not naming it just in case it gets cancelled!!) (£15.99 then £12.99 using the right methods) i went to the checkout page, loaded the vouchers, then decided not to buy it. Removed it. Then decided to buy it, added it back into my basket, then went to checkout again and it was asking for £8.99!!! What i thought!!
