In another thread I asked how to run two subs from one sub-out on my receiver. The answer was to use an adapter.

Can I do this safely (& effectively) for the main front channels to allow me to Bi-Amp? LEFT & RIGHT Front with adapter into 2 external Amp channels each?

If so, what would be the best adapter solution to use? Does anyone make reasonably high end 1 into 2 phono interconnects?

    Thanks for any help/advice,

    Mark.

Pref. a place with good prices as I need 3 of them.

    Cheers,

    Mark.

    Hi,
The Nordost can be odered in any "flavour" through any Nordost dealer.(Nordost uk told me that)
Alternatively you can get a 24K god plated splitter from custom-cable for 7.50gbp.
    Regards

Nordost quoted £165 per lead in Blue Heaven.

The little gold plated adapters aren't ideal as there is very little room at the pre-amp back panel for 3 of them. They get in the way of other leads.

It's the monsters YM2F-H I'm now after. Where can I buy them Lowrider?

    Cheers,

    Mark.

I bought it in a store in Lisbon, quite out of the way for you, but I have seen them on the net in american sites, do a search...

Beeing T shapped, they fit anywhere, even on my TAG, wich didn´t have enough room for Y splitters...

I got a little dealer discount and paid 260 for two Blue Heavens.
The splitter I was talking about seems o.k It's made by Puresonic.
It's also small T shape.I also have it on my Tag setup while I'm waiting for the Nordost.
When My Nordost arrives you're welcome to try these splitters, you're not that far away.
    Regards

Lowrider - Lisbon is a little out of my way so a net search will proably be the answer. I rang Monster's importer to the UK but they didn't know anything about them.

Johnson - Thanks for the offer. I'm going down to Maplins in a minute to invest £3.00 in a pair of adapters, that'll keep me going until I find the correct leads. Thanks for the offer tho'

Does anyone know where to buy these in the UK?

    http://www.audioadvisor.com/images/products/MCTYM2Fa.jpg

They're called "Turbine RCA Adapters", made my Monster & are $19.95 a pair in the US, but $38 shipping from the only company I can find willing to ship to UK.

They seem the perfect solution for me as they're not as wide as typical adapters.

I finally got my T-Adapters today and they work great!

An absolute nightmore to buy, but the product is fantastic. $40 (2 pairs) plus $24 shipping for a massive (bigger than DHL) box with 4 tiny adapters in it. Customs demands... Blah Blah.

I can't see why the UK importer on Monster product doesn't carry these, they are much better than Y-Leads.

Amazon.com do sell them but won't ship them to the UK

I bought from AudioAdvisor.com but I didn't enjoy the experience. The order failed twice so I gave up. Next day I got an Email saying my order for ...NOTHING had been shipped and I had been billed $64! After much correspondence I established they had infact sent the correct items.
