External DVI Out PAL SD Tuner

Do anyone know where I can get hacked Philips FTR9965 tuner box to feed PAL signal to my scaler and to 37" 1080p Westinghouse monitor?

Alternatively, is there any good Philips chips (MK5) based external tuner that has DVI output?
