is it worth getting the extended warranty?
I didn't bother but after reading problems on here am considering getting it.
Anyone know if you can still get it after buying your 360 about 3 months ago?
I asked MS support when mine conked out after 5 months and they said no problems - must get it posted off at some point.
You can take out the extended warranty at anytime during the 12 month current warranty period.
I asked about this, when my 1st / 2nd consoles broke
Wicked....will get it then, just need to go find forms which I fink I have lost.
Will give em a ring I think
Can you tell me how much it costs and for what period? I had a dodgy 360 at first, took it back the day after buying it and the new one has been ok (touch wood). However with the various stories of machines just dying out of the blue, months after purchase it might be a consideration....
Also are the forms in the box when you buy the machine? if so they should still be in there, in the loft.
the extended warranty forms should be in the box when you get the console along with a the other gumpf you get when you buy one
i think its around £50 quid for three years, but i could be wrong
Dont see the point paying for it just yet as if anything goes wrong I will just take it back to where I got it from but around November I may take out the warrenty.
