Has anyone any good / bad experiences they can share regarding 24-7. I am presently trying to buy a tosh 52 from them and all is not going smoothly.

I wondered if anyone in the forum can put my mind at rest :smashin: or reinforce my concerns :thumbsdow .

    Cheers

    John

sorry to hear about your trouble with 24-7, I`m in the same boat, not a very professional company at all, no stock, no feed back at all to questions by phone or emal not to be touched with a barge pole. if you do a search on the pricerunner forums you will find plenty of disgruntled people on there.

Gultronics.co.uk is also best avoided. They don't want to listen to you at all. Not friendly.

I had a nightmare getting a refund back from them still ongoing with the Credit Card company chasing them. See this thread .....

I got a DVD recorder last year from them for christmas and it was supposed to be multi region and it was not, so they picked it up the next day and returned it in time for christmas.

Even though they sent me the wrong DVD i was impressed with the way they sorted it all out, and I would use them again.
