Experience of John Lewis Returns

Just wondering what peoples experience of the above was as I need a new TV, but want to know where I stand if I buy one, get it home and after a few days decide it is not upto scratch? It looks like I have 90 days to return it to JL, but does that apply to instore purchases as well as online?

Why not call their customer services, or ask in store for the latest policies

Just keep all the packaging intact etc

I was looking at the Sony 4K tv yesterday instore and the saleman said i could return the tv within 28 days if i was not happy. Why do you think it's 90 days ?

Did we get an answer on this. A JL salesmen said 28 days for TVs to me. But didn't sound too sure....
