I got my psp from expansys through today, it has one dead pixel but thats it. My mates one has no dead pixels at all. They seem to be a great with their customer service too. Paul has his work cut out for him by the sounds of things (just look at the poor guy in their forums)

£183 in vat and special delivery

    :) :) :)

Hey, just saw the price drop from £171.95 to £163.95 in 3 days!

    Oh well, c'est la vie.

I recommend the STANDARD pack as the headphones, 32mb card, case & strap are not good value, the headphones are low quality.

Already have some dust under the screen, Paul at Expansys is looking into it.
Hope it's not a problem to clean, annoying on a new product.

Ridge Racer makes it all OK though :)

How tricky is it to figure out how to play ridge racers. Can you navigate the menus with reasonable ease. I am really torn about buying a jap model, waiting for the us model which should be cheaper given the xchange rate or waiting for the UK version (which will probably be more expensive than both the others!).

I dont have any trouble playing ridge racers at all, I'm getting through it pretty well.

The us model is cheaper, but will only play (as far as we know) us movies not uk ones, but would still be multiregion for games.

The Japanese one will play R2 movies (as they are also region 2) and they will play all games too.

I think the us model will be a fair bit cheaper, but I just went for the Japanese model.

There is a ridge racers transation guide HERE There is another one with the screen shots somwhere but I cant find it at the moment so Ill post it when I can
