It's ok for a Seagal thing. I tend to avoid them but caught this one a while back. In fact, as I recall the black dude who he helps out looked poor compared to him, go figure.

Don't knowwhat to make of it.
Some parts were ridiculous, others ok.
But one thing re affirmed more than ever is how silly a figure Seagal has become.
We should start a thread about the caring messages within his films.
Ie, in this one, the 'sending boys to Nam' bit and in the eco warrior one, when he beats up a bar full of rednecks whilst defending the Indians, and the redneck begs, 'Give us time to learn'. And so they go on.
