    Anybody know any companies that do part excahnge. I have a 4 week old Denon AVR 2803 and wish to uprgrade to a Denon AVR 3803.

    Have you tried asking the company you bought the 2803 from if they will do a swap.
    Many companies will swap items of the same or greater value within a reasonable time limit.

    Tried that and they basically ignored my emails Creative Audio were the company.

    You might wanna give creative a call, as emails are not always the most reliable of communication!

    Otherwise I think Audio T do exchanges, so may be worth giving them a call to see if they would be interested, and the agreement you could arrange with them. They have various outlets around the country.

    As yumyum33 says, I would defintely give Creative a call, they are a very good company
