excel formula help

i have 2 columns

one is a closure due date, second is closure date

in the first column, closure due date, I want cell to fill in YELLOW if date within 30 dates, and fill in RED if date has past, which i have been able to do.

now i want the cell to fill in white if the item has been closed, if closed, closure date would be in column 2. so if date closed field is filled in, the closed due date field is filled in white.

i just cant get the third formula correct.

what would it be?

=NOT(ISBLANK( )=TRUE) cant get it right

Would it not just be '=Column2<>"" ' then white (as in, if column2 does not equal ('<>') blank ("") then white

The attached works from what I understood.
Formulas in conditional formatting:

White
=NOT(ISBLANK(B2))

Red
=A2<NOW()

Yellow
=A2<NOW()+30
