I have an Alpha 10 with the Dave Board Fitted and Alpha 10 with the 3rd Channel fitted - what are the exact connections between these two.
I have moved house and forgot to make a note of the connections.

The 10P powers up but goes to safe mode. (flashing red light)

    Any ideas please.

    Thanks in advance.
Please list all connections between the two necessary and speakers connections.

I can't put my hand on the manuals at the moment but it goes something like this:

    1. Rear left output from DAVE module to Left input of !0P3
    2. Rear Right output from DAVE module to Right input on 10P3
    3. Centre output from DAVe moudle to third channel on 10P3.

The connect Rear Left speaker to Left on 10P3, Rear Right to Right on !0P3 and centre to third channel.

Not sure what the flashing RED LED means but I would check for short circuits on the speaker connections. It may help to remove the mains plug to reset the amp rather than just using the power switch.

Mega Thanks for the reply mate ...

I'm sure the flashing red LED is a safe mode ...
I have removed ALL connections and speakers and still the same :(

I thought it might be connections but it doesn't look like it.

It lights up green then red and flashing ...

Looks like a trip to the service centre ....

Can anybody recommend a good quality hi-fi shop to service the 10p3 in the East Midlands ?

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul.
