just bought this - i'm TOTALLY impressed with the quality of the packaging. I havent even seen watched the disk yet, but if the transfer is anywhere near as good as the packaging, then i'll be a happy man.
£20 for a presentation as good as this is, IMO an absolute bargian

I bought the Region 2 version from Play for a very reasonable £17.99.Kudos to Anchor Bay for giving a great film such lavish treatment. It's worth the money for the packaging alone!

On a side note i see Future Entertainment are charging a whopping £39.99 for the Region 1 version (which is identical to it's Region 2 counterpart).I don't want to criticise Future Ent too much because they have some cracking deals on but £40 is nothing short of scandalous!

I love the packaging on this DVD. It's almost identical to the Book in the movie, right down to the sheets of tissue paper between the covers.

It also smells funny, but I guess that's the foam latex or whatever was used for the book itself.

i love the way the skin flakes, pages bleed occassionally and the book flips open all by itself. For some reason though me entire family has developed a nasty skin complaint and wants me "dead by dawn". strange that.

It scares me, when I roll over over at night and see it on the shelf.
