Everwood (Sentimental Mush )on Living TV

I don't especially watch this over sentimental guff but on one episode I was caught by the resemblance between the young character Ephram Brown played by Gregory Smith and his resemblance to Mark Harmon. I even checked out IMD to see if they where related in some way but my research prooved zip.
Anyone else agree and any other keen resemblances to others noted other shows or movies.
