According to my EPG on sky, theres only 1 thing been shown in HD from friday through to the end of sunday and thats the Scottish footy game. Apparently not even the milan Derby is in HD????

Yes, but it doesn't say if the game shown on HD is in HD.
I'll have a look through the EPG later and see which games are in HD on ESPN HD this weekend, but I feel wednesday83 may be correct in saying that only the single UK based game will be in HD.

Also, it didn't say that last night's Rangers/Hamilton game was on SS2/HD2 so how correct is it really?

What are you looking at - there is loads in HD??? There are 7 shows in HD between now and 7am for a start!... let alone at least 5 live football games in HD on Saturday & Sunday
