Video is not supported: Cannot display video from a Terminal Service session

This is a total new one on me. My wife tried to put on a DVD on our MCE machine and it came up with this error. There is no terminal service installed on my machine, is just MCE2005-RU2 with all the updates, purevideo decoder, nvidia 6600GT, etc...

The DVD in question is Enemy of the State R1...In WMP it only shows up as Unknown DVD, and plays the music but doesn't show anything...In VLC it plays just fine...AnyDVD reports it as R1 CSS & RCE protected, it states it has removed RCE protection, the CSS keys are showing in the archive....

Anyone got any idea what is going on?
    Many thanks...

In true Microsoft style it was all 'fixed' following a reboot....The event viewer doesn't show any information what so ever...
