Error 111

Hi,

I did a search and perhaps I am not entering the keywords right but I couldn't see a conclusion to this error when trying to use Sky Active.

If I do an engineer call, it works fine. if I go to QVC it connects fine. If I try to connect to any Sky Active service, i get error 111.

Sky say its an authentication failure and they did a reset on my box and made me wait an hour before trying it again. No luck

Now they said they would send it down to their IT department which can take a week or so.

Anyone know more about this? I only got my box connected this morning...perhaps my activation hasn 't gone through all their systems yet?
