Equipment cabinet door that's transparent to remote signals

    I've just discovered that my local printers can copy full-colour artwork in A3 sized chunks onto any size piece of white cotton material. The cost for this is pretty reasonable: £5 per A3 area.

    I'm going to experiment with this for my equipment cabinet door. If it works (and tests with printed tee-shirts seem to be OK) then I'll be able to disguise the door as a framed picture and still have full remote control of all the gear inside.

    I could even make up different doors for when I get tired of the first picture...

    Sounds pretty good.

    You could even hide your speakers behind pictures of actors from the film you are watching. :D
