    Dear reader,

In the Netherlands we are with a some persons who experience this problem. It looks like the bulb is not in his socket or died. But when you take it out and put it back the unit fires up.
When this happens you see through the roster the lamp trying to start , it flickers and sounds like a fly catch lamp  .

Are there more people who experience this problem :lease: ?

    Hello,

My projector (TW10H) was running fine untill 90 hours.
Then it would not start and the red warning light was blinking.

followed the manual and took out the lamp (no problems) reinstalled and the projector was running again.

next day I had the same problem again. I pulled the plug 2 times and it worked again.

If this problem continues, i will bring it back.

i'm happy with the projector for the price.
just setup high definition for the xbox and graphics come now in 720p

Unfortunately you're not alone. Have a quick search on this forum and you'll find several threads about this with a couple of lengthy posts from me. My TW10 is still with Epson after approx 6 weeks and it's the second time it has been in for repair for this problem. Strangely, mine started failing at around 90 hrs too.
Customer service? Let's just say there is a letter wingin it's way to Epson UK MD this week :(
