Epson SX515W - Print problem

Trying to trouble shoot my dad's printer/scanner.

It just wont print at all

I have tried but wifi and wired modes. In both cases I can connect to the printer and access the utility tools and realign the heads, for example. However, when I try to print a test page, nothing happens. Similarly, when I try to print a word doc or similar, it appears on the print queue that it has printed correctly but nothing happens.

Scan/Copy still work fine.

Any ideas

Just check you're sending the print job to the correct, current printer.

Sometimes if you've still got a previously installed old printer driver on your system, you can easily change the selected printer to that one in the print dialogue screen. Press print, and voila, it looks like it should have printed but it gets sent to the old printer queue in error.
