Ok, basically this morning I bought a brand new genuine pack of epson ink cartridges costing £30. I installed the new cartridges and couldn't get the printer to print out properly, the blacks were more gray lines than anything. Anyway I have performed a few nozzle head checks and now the ink has been depleted to about 20% remaining for each cartridge. Im rather cross to say the least. Furthermore to make matters worse, the print heads haven;t even been cleared!
Whats the best course of action? Should I get another set of cartridges to try and fully clean the nozzles and what not? Or should I dump it and pick up a new printer? If so can anybody recommend a decent all-in-one printer?
