Hi all,
I recently purchased an Epson 5700 but was unhappy with the picture quality. I have a pretty small dedicated movie room, which is very naturally dark and there is almost no ambient light. The projector will be on a tall chair behind my head at a distance of 3m from the wall, which is dark grey. I won’t be using a screen and I will be mostly streaming movies via an Amazon 4k fire stick or through a blu ray player. I live in an apartment and can’t make too much noise so will either be using the projector speakers or via bluetooth with my headphones. So my question is do I go for the Epson or the Benq? I have a preference for a sharper image and have heard that the Benq performs better in this regard. However, I’m slightly put off by reports that its rather loud and as it will be right behind my head, I have a few concerns regarding this. Thanks for the much needed help.
