EPG issue with 55oled706

Got my philips 55OLED706/12 recently and I'm well pleased with the quality of both picture and sound, however, there's one little problem that's really annoying me. The EPG doesn't load properly. I get only the current and the next programme. The tv is fed directly (no set top box) from a Sky freesat dish and has a healthy signal strength and quality (100% and 78% respectively). I went through the long-winded and frustrating Philips tech support and it took them 3 days to finally inform me that my tv model is not "Freesat certified"! I didn't spot that in the spec sheet! Can this be right or are they fobbing me off? My previous tv (Samsung) worked fine and l even tried the Philips tv on a different dish - no joy. I really don't want the hassle of a set top box (which was what Philips suggested).

OK. Basic question. Asking anyone with a Philips 55OLED706 fed from a freesat dish. Does your EPG work OK?
