Hi all. I'm noob about audio electronics so i need ur advice on choosing entry level HT audio setup based around receiver. It will be mostly used for watching 1080p movies in HTPC + projector setup

My initial plan was to buy 5.1 PC speakers like Logitechs Z5500 but for that price and avaliability, I've thought that a receiver is better choice.
So, my budget is max 450$ for receiver + 5.1 speakers system.
Room where setup will be is about 4x4m (13x13ft). Speakers must be mounted on the wall.

This is what comes in my price range:
Pioneer HTP-072 - receiver + speakers. as I can see, this is VSX-324-K receiver and S-11 speakers with probably S-21 sub. Price 345$

Pioneer HTP-073 - receiver + speakers. as I can see, this is also VSX-324-K receiver and I don't know which speakers, so it is question does it really justifies cost of 64$ more than 072 model? Price: 410$

Pioneer VSX-323-K (no speakers). Price 215$

Pioneer VSX-423-K (no speakers). Price 260$

Denon AVR-X500 (no speakers). Price 305$

Sony STR-DH730 (no speakers). This one is 7.1 but I don't need two more speaker in system because i don't have place to put them, and they will just be overkill. So, I would use it as 5.1. Price 335$

Yamaha RX-V375 (bez zvučnika). This one is 8ohm. Others are 6ohm. Price 335$

Speakers:
Pioneer S-11 -
5.0 speakers set, so it's without sub. Price 72$

So, what would you recommend me for this price.

The Pioneer 072 set seems to offer the best value from the ones you mention. As long as it has an active sub then you can not go wrong for that price.
