I don’t know if that been reported in these pages before but I’ve just read on Ch4 teletext that the BBC will not be showing the new Star Trek series, Enterprise. SKY naturally out bid them and they were apparently never approached for the secondary rights. Now CH4 will be getting the program.
Ouch we know CH4 notorious bad treatment of sci-fi programs, shifting them round the schedules and showing at inappropriate times, then having to cut them, and we now get three lots ads in them, at some time we may even get a T4 symbol in the corner.
Apparently this series was shot in widescreen, will it be shown that way?

I saw the first five episodes yesterday, they are quite good and very clever in the way nothing works properly

Hi Duncan thats what I ment by.

I will watch it on Sky now, take note of my favourite episodes, then watch them again if they are shown in W/S on CH4.
Only thing is this a plot by SKY to get you to watch it on Sky instead of waiting for it to be shown on the BBC because of CH4 bad reputation and sci-fi..
Do the makers of these shows have no control of who they sell them to or care. Just look at the cock-up with Buffy and Angel not being shown in parallel. It is not only bad for the viewer but bad for the shows themselves .

Nope... it's just Sky's continuing conspiracy to saboutage the development of Widescreen TV.
